Our top priority is ensuring that your fresh henna paste and henna cones arrive in the best possible condition. That's why we offer the reliable First Class Tracked delivery option by Evri. With prices starting from just £3.99, you can have peace of mind knowing that your order will be tracked. While Evri aims to deliver within 1-3 days, please note that delivery times can vary and may take up to 10 days. Rest assured, Husnaxartistry is dedicated to providing quality service, however, we are not liable for any delays caused by Evri.

To guarantee the timely delivery of your urgent orders and perishable products like our fresh natural henna cones and bulk henna paste, we highly recommend our Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm. With prices starting from £8.49, this reliable service ensures your items reach you promptly and in excellent condition. A signature is required upon arrival of your delivery. Should the delivery be missed, the shipment will be returned to Husnaxartistry. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for fresh henna cones or bulk henna paste in such cases. Nevertheless, we can resend other items upon request, with a re-delivery fee applicable.

Make sure to provide the accurate address for delivery and guarantee that there will be someone present to sign for the package.

Cut off 12pm the day before the dispatch date, henna cones are dispatched next working day. If you order on weekend it will be dispatch the next working day.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries
Experience peace of mind with our delivery options! While most orders arrive promptly, please note that in exceptional circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. For 1st Class Tracked for Evri, delays can be up to 10 working days, and for Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Guaranteed, delays can be up to 5 working days. Rest assured that if your order doesn't arrive within these time frames, you may be eligible to claim compensation through Evri/Royal Mail.

Take control of your delivery by using the 'Track your item' function on both www.Evri.com and www.royalmail.com. Make sure to check your junk mail for tracking information and save us as a safe sender for future emails. If you want to track your order, just shoot us an email to request your tracking reference number.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of fresh henna paste, returns on henna cones and bulk paste are not accepted. If your order is damaged, contact us within 24 hours for a prompt resolution. Please keep in mind that cancellations on perishable items require a minimum of 3 days notice, with an admin fee for refunds apply on cancellations. For non-perishable products such as Henna Powder and Henna Oils, we follow the standard 14-day return policy in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.
